My iPad has recently suffered from the dreaded spinning wheel of death. But no worries, I have found the fix to it! Okay, so I was just chillin' out and browsing Cydia, then I tried to install the native iPhone app locker, LockDown. All of a sudden, after installing, while respringing, I got the SWOD! Well, no fear, all you have to do is hold both buttons (home + sleep) until it shuts down. Then boot it back up and uninstall the package thats caused you to enter SWOD. Respring, and, viola!

Sorry For The "Hiatus"
Hello fellow earthlings. :) Sorry for the hiatus - haven't been having much of a good time lately. First of all, I have had a terrible sunburn. :( I got the worst sunburn of my life followed by dreadful blisters and itching + my skin pealing. I also had to miss 4 days of school because I couldn't put a shirt on. But, luckily, now I have (somewhat) started my healing process.

iBook "Angle of Death"
Yay! I have FINALLY found a forum thread that is relatively good at providing information on dismantling the Apple iBook G3 after over 3 days of searching Google! (Keywords: "ibook backlight") But anyways, as far as knowing what is wrong with my iBook I am short of a genius, but I haven't really been able to find some information on HOW to fix it. (This problem is friggin' irritating BTW!) Okay, so the problem I am having is nicknamed the 'Angle of Death' because when you tilt the iBook back about 90° or more, the backlight turns off! This is because there are roughly five wires going through the tiny space in the hinge, which, after time, will break the wires. But this is the link that helped me out the most: http://forums.techguy.org/apple-macos/338580-g3-ibook-backlight-probs.html and here's an adequate tutorial on replacing the wires: http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=155200 Peace!

iPhone OS 4.0 BETA Download Links!
Alright, first of all I want to apologize for being a few days late on this post. I found this Saturday. I also want to apologize for the lack of posts recently. I've been doing some hardcore terminal coding lately. Lol. So, let's get to work. (: Thanks to our friends over at iModZone, I have the firmware download for the iPhone OS 4.0 BETA. Note: this won't be a clean restore, either you have to decrypt the firmware and change a PLIST or get a registered developer to register your UDID. But, anyways, I have the download links. Here is the download links for iPhone/iTouch 4.0 BETA : http://www.imodzone.net/download/ Note that I am not responsible for anything! And I DON'T recommend doing this!

Will the iPad Be a Crash and Burn?
Well, with all the new reports of WiFi and other issues on the iPad,
people are starting to wonder of this will be an "all hype" kinda
deal. Well, I'm proud to say; HELL NO! The iPad is an awesome
accessory in our life. From students putting their textbooks on it via
the iBookstore, to the on-the-go bussiness people replacing the big
laptop bags with the smooth, sultry look of the case apple made for
it, the iPad is and will be favored all across the world. And if that
doesn't catch ya, then take a look at the dual-screen web browser. (:

My Respect Torward the Tablet Has Been Permanently Altered.
Wowza! The iPad HAS indeed landed! I got myself an iPad and I sincerely LOOO-OOVE it! I have a whole mountain of +'s, and only 2 -'s! But, of course, I'll do the negatives first, just to give the iPad haters the least bit advantage...
1) The back is made out of aluminum, instead of plastic, so it kinda difficult to hold in you hand if your not gripping the screen aswell, which is why Apple is getting rich of AppleCare services.
2) Where's the USB and other external ports? I mean, if it's a netbook-killing machine, it's gotta at least have some of the things a netbook has!
And, well, that's pretty much the only negatives that I could pull out of the dark, mean, vicious side of myself. ;p I don't want to spend my day stating all the positives, because I have school tomorrow... (: So, these were my thoughts on the iPad.
